The first step toward greater efficiency is to create a team of people with hands-on knowledge of your customers or products. These team members are not limited to those individuals within your company. They may include your retailers' employees, outside consultants, designers, manufacturers, distributors, sales or merchandising staff and others. Once you identify your team, the program will assist you in the creation of user specific access, through individualized permission levels. VendorPal™ has no pre-set limit on the number of users and the users may access the program from anywhere in the world, as long as they have internet access.
VendorPal™ was designed to be user-friendly, encourage user participation. In addition, communication options within the program can be personalized to keep each team member notified of changes to new or existing products. The notifications are disseminated on a basis received by other team members according to individualized notification options.
