- Initial software setup via web-conference - VendorPal™ will arrange for a web-based conference with a VendorPal™ representative to walk you through the initial set-up.
- User training - there will be an on-line tutorial, as well as a web seminar available to all users.
- On-site retailer seminar - VendorPal™ will host seminars on software set-up, software usage, product key characteristics and data analysis for all users - only available at retailers discretion.
- Retailer buying staff training - VendorPal™ will train all buying staff selected by the vendor as users in an effort to increase participation.
- One-time Seminar on Key-Product Characteristics via web-conference - VendorPal™ will take you though the process of determining your product's key characteristics.
- VendorPal™ Telephone Support - a customer representative will be available to assist you Monday though Friday (9-5 CST).
- VendorPal™ E-mail Support - a customer representative will be available for e-mail support 7 days a week. All e-mails will receive a response within 24 hours.
